These are creative, heart-oriented, Anusara® Inspired yoga practices. Each class is entirely unique and inspired by the potent expressions of the seasons, nature, and the natural tides and flow of the worlds within and around us. The class explores deep, skillful action in a fun, flowing & meditative class accessible to all levels. It's a community class open to all.

Weekly Yoga Classes offered virtually through Zoom.

The classes are designed with variations to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Each class is entirely unique and inspired by the potent expressions of nature, and the present tides of the worlds within and around us. Utilizing creative, detailed, anatomy-based alignment & somatic movements, we will explore deep skillful action in a fun, flowing and meditative Anusara-Inspired yoga class. It's a community class open to all.

*Suggested props:
  • Two 4" yoga blocks
  • One 8' yoga strap
  • Blanket

Foundations in Yoga

Must enroll through the college as a student or audit the course for all classes.

This is an eleven week course, taught in a workshop style format, that builds the foundations of a yoga practice from the ground up based on Anusara® Inspired principles. You must be enrolled in this class through Rogue Community College as a student or auditing the course. The class focuses on building greater strength, flexibility, balance, clarity and joy through the journey of yoga. Flowing with the breath, you will learn to cultivate whole body awareness and find proper alignment. We work to develop deep, integrated strength, concentration and meditation, with a fun, heart-oriented yoga practice.
