With this new chapter in the evolving shifts of adaptability and resilience connected with the COVID-19 pandemic, there will also be some new adjustments and protocols required to hold classes indoors safely.

Please bring your own yoga mats and props.
Please wash and/or sanitize your hands upon entering the Community Room.
Do not attend live classes if there's even a hint of not feeling well. Particularly if you have fever, coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell.
In-person classes will also be livestreamed through Zoom to accommodate access to classes for the varying conditions, circumstances & preferences of our yoga community.
Most importantly, I hope to see you there! This has been a uniquely challenging time in the world and my hope is to offer a refuge where we can unwind the knots, replenish our reserves, and connect with that which is most important.
