Mexico Yoga Retreat

Chacala, Mexico
I will be co-teaching a week long retreat, with 2 daily yoga classes and 3 delicious meals served daily from an idyllic setting with the backdrop of the ocean, the peace of the Pacific & the inspiration of a deep, immersive plunge to the roots that nourish our own centers.
